The firm started operating as a licensed law-firm by the Ministry of Justice and Islamic affairs in 2003 on the hand of its establisher Mr.Abdulrahman Mohamed Ghunaim. In 2018 it has been transformed into a company, the Company today is categorized as one of the most professional law-firm company due to the big cases handled by it over the years, as well as its clients which has their commercial and financial reputation in the Kingdom.

The Administrative system is formed of its partners Mr.Abdulrahman Ghunaim, Mr.islam Ghunaim and Mr.yousif Ghunaim along with three legal Consultants possessing a genuine experience of ten years and a group of Bahraini lawyers possessing the ability to plead in front of all types and stages of courts besides the supporting technical system.
